Please email a copy of your “current” Retail / Resale Sales Tax License (Sales Tax Exemption Certificate), Business License, or Occupational License. Once your account information is received and reviewed you will be contacted regarding your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for Wholesale Account Activation. Once your account is activated, go to the "My Account" tab to login.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Our opening order minimum for wholesale accounts is $250. Re-orders minimum: $100
Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time your order is placed for your order to ship. We will not ship any orders until 100% payment has been received.
TERMS & SHIPPING
is credit card or PayPal and is required before an order will ship. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All orders will ship via UPS or FedEx and rates are based on weight, size of box, number of boxes, and shipment destination. If you require special shipping instructions,
please advise at time order is placed. We
will be happy to ship on your UPS or FedEx account, please note a handling charge
of $4.00 per outside shipping box will apply to your order.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address a $15 per box fee will be charged for any address correction by FedEx or UPS. This fee is determined by the carrier and not Faust Heirlooms.
We take pride in making quality products and keeping you and your customers happy with our products. Returns
are not accepted unless items arrive damaged and are reported within 7 days of
delivery, in which a replacement/exchange will be provided. The buyer is
required to email a request with a photo of the product for exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each piece is decorated by hand & minor variations in color, size &
appearance can occur in the process. We do not consider these defects and
replacement of any item is at the discretion of Faust Heirlooms.
If you should happen to receive a damaged/broken item be sure not to discard the broken item and all packaging materials including the outside shipping box with shipping label. The shipping carrier may require it for inspection or sent back in order to file the appropriate damage claim with the shipping carrier.
